Mid-Grade 72 Hour Kit--Week 12--Small First Aid Kit

If you have room in your 72 hour kit, include a small first aid kit and some over-the-counter medications. Often small first aid kits can be found in the trail size aisle at your favorite store or they can be found at camping stores, such as Cabela’s. Over-the-counter medications can be found in one dose packages in many grocery stores, convenience stores, or your favorite big box store. In the middle of an emergency, I’m sure some ibuprofen will be needed by someone—and that someone could most likely be me! :)
