Don’t forget to put in an extra pair of glasses or contacts if you need them in your 72 hour kit. The last thing you need is to be searching for your glasses in an emergency. For those of you who don’t wear glasses (and even for those you do) add N95 masks to your kits. This is a purchase I just made for my family 2 weeks ago to add to our kits and to have some in the house. These masks would be used in case there is an infectious disease going around or if there is a lot of dust or pollution in the air. Of course the cheapest way to buy is in a pack of 20, so that is what I bought because I am cheap. Most adults use the medium size and I also bought a pack of adult small for my children. I looked at many different sites and this site is the cheapest I found.
