Basic 72 Hour Kit--Week 13--Cash & Keys

Only two weeks left until you have an amazing 72 hour kit! Today we add a few things that you may not think about. Put a little bit of cash in your 72 hour kit. Not a lot and not in large bills, but in case you need to purchase something you will have the funds to do it. I have $20 in my kits (just the adult kits) in 10s, 5s, 1s and some change.

The next thing to add to your 72 hour kit is a copy of your house and car keys. No need to search around the house for your car keys (you might do that enough already) when you need to leave your house and lock up quickly.
