Basic 72 Hour Kit--Week 4--Towel

Include a towel or small blanket (like a baby would use) in your 72 hour kit. This would be used for a variety of purposes from cleaning, to using as a blanket, to creating a make-shift item of clothing for a child. A nice new fluffy blanket wouldn’t help to keep your 72 hour kit small. I have used towels that are destined for the rag bag soon, but don’t have any holes yet. These towels take up less bulk than others and they are just the regular size, not bath sheets.
