As space and money permit, now is where we add some comfort items and not necessarily essentials (at least for most people). These include lip balm, shampoo, deodorant, bar soap, feminine hygiene products. These extra products will make life nicer and bring a sense of normalcy in what may be a crazy situation. Shop the travel aisles because space is at a premium. Don’t feel you need to have one item for every person, for example, one lip balm can go a long way.
